Hi, I’m Alfredo. I design systems that turn information into coordinated action, whether the system is an organization or a machine.

I founded FZF, where we map staffing back-office operations and build the integration and intelligence layer that closes gaps across people and software. I also study physical AI: robotics, control, and efficient inference on real hardware.

My approach is subtractive systems engineering: preserve the complexity reality requires and remove the complexity it does not.
