FZF

Founder • Nov 2022 - Present

Founded and bootstrapped FZF from two co-founders to a team of ten. After serving clients across several industries and countries, I focused the company on building operational systems for staffing firms in the U.S. and Canada.

Current Focus:

  • Mapping back-office processes to expose bottlenecks, fragile handoffs, and leverage points
  • Building integration systems across ATS, VMS, payroll, vendor, and client platforms
  • Applying AI to document-heavy and exception-heavy work that conventional automation cannot reliably reach
  • Coordinating critical workflows including injury reporting, credentialing, onboarding, redeployment, and client compliance
